Sampling
Our sampling team actively researches and keeps track of current and upcoming trends in the garment market. A framework is established after careful planning and discussions to determine the attire for every season.
Designing
Talented and creative, our young team of designers have a keen eye for the latest trends. Giving shape to the client’s requirements with creative ideas via sketches is the core duty of the design team.
Merchandising
Our merchandising team is led by an expert merchandising manager. The team keeps track of the client’s requirements, and coordinates seamlessly with each department in-house, to ensure on time delivery of high quality clothing.
Pattern making and grading
Skilled and experienced, our pattern making and grading department works with the sampling and production teams. This coordination helps bring new ideas to life. The use of CAD assures precision and a slip-free process.
Quality (Fabrics)
Led by our expert quality manager, the quality department regularly checks and tests fabric samples. Testing is undertaken at a well-recognised lab such as SITRA (The South Indian Textile Research Association). In-house testing is done for shrinkage, colour and rubbing fastness, and a colour cabinet is established before production.
Quality assurance and quality control (Production)
Stringent and thorough quality checks are performed by our qualified and trained team of professionals. The team adapts and meets all quality standards as per specifications and requirements.
Production
Headed by an experienced production manager, our batch of keen-eyed supervisors are guided by skilled industrial engineers and factory managers. Together, they manage the factory and keep up the optimal productivity standards.
Finishing
The last stage of production is handled by our production manager and the finishing-in-charge. They help add value to the garments that are ready for dispatch.
